What is The Loyalty List?

Think of it like a personalized party invite - and the party never stops! Get on the list to earn access to exclusive promotions, perks and rewards for being a loyal LL customer! You want your name on this list….

How do I earn Stars?

You can earn stars by:

Signing Up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 100 Stars! We set you up for success!

Purchases: Earn 2 Stars on every qualifying $1 spent to earn stars (1)

Refer-a-Friend: We believe a referral is the sincerest form of loyalty. So why not get rewarded for that!? You and your friend will both receive a $10 coupon for your purchase of $50 or more, once your friend completes their purchase. You can refer as many friends as you like! Shout it from the damn rooftops!(2)

Birthday Stars: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 500 Stars! (3)

Reviews: Leave a product review on lash-line.com for 30 stars. (4)

Spread The Love: Follow us on Twitter or Instagram, or share us on Facebook or Twitter for up to 25 Stars(5)

 
(1) The $ amount discounted using gift cards, discount codes or promo codes are not eligible to earn stars. Also, taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning stars. (2) $10 off coupon eligible toward minimum orders of $50. (3) Customers must enter their date of birth at least one (1) month prior to the first day of birth month to be rewarded. (4) Applies to one (2) reviews per customer per week. Reviews are only eligible if accessed via the JUDGE.ME review email sent to you after each product purchase. (5) Please note that stars are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each platform. To have the share, follow or like applied to your account, please go to The Loyalty List tab at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the “Earn Stars” tab. Social shares, follows, or likes do not apply if completed directly through your social media account. (6) Coupon code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one coupon code redemption per purchase. A $10 coupon can only be used with a minimum purchase of $50. Why Did My Star Balance Go Down?

If you or one of your referrals recently canceled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.

Do my Loyalty Stars Expire?

Yes. Loyalty Stars are eligible for redemption up to twenty four (24) months from the date they were originally earned! Treat yourself and redeem those stars within 2 years to get the most benefit! But don’t worry - we will remind you leading up to the expiry if you have any expiring stars to use!
