Meet the Lash Line Team: Pana!

by Cara Kapler

At Lash Line, we believe the secret to success is sharing knowledge, tools, and a little bit of personality! That’s why we’re continuing our series featuring our team members and their favorite products, hacks, and go-to tips.
This week, we’re spotlighting Pana - Ontario Educator + Multiple Salon Owner
  • Role at Lash Line: Lead Educator, Ontario Canada
  • Favorite Lash Line Product:
I can’t pick just one—everything Lash Line provides is top-quality salon products, from adhesives to bonders to lashes. They help you work effortlessly! But if I had to choose, I’d go with Secret Identity Adhesive.
  • Why She Loves It: It works in such a wide range of environments, dries quickly, and delivers ultimate retention, making it a game-changer for lash artists.
Get To Know Pana:
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over a decade, starting as a lash artist and growing into a multi-salon owner and educator with a wide variety of services not just Lashes. My business, Tèlia, was rebranded last year—formerly known as Live Love Lash London—and now operates as a full-service beauty salon with two locations in London, Ontario. I’m passionate about education and helping lash artists refine their skills, build confidence, and grow successful businesses. Train With Pana

Pana's Hacks + Tips:
💡 Pro Tip #1: Always shake your adhesive for at least 30 seconds before each use—this ensures the ingredients are properly mixed and your retention stays on point.
💡 Pro Tip #2:
Never skip a thorough lash cleanse! A clean lash line is key to optimal retention and prevents premature shedding. I love Lash Line’s rinse and repeat and so do my clients.

Anything else you’d like to share?
I truly believe in continuous learning—whether you’re just starting out or years into your career, there’s always room to grow. Keep investing in yourself, your skills, and your business, and success will follow.
When I’m not lashing or teaching, I’m working on my next big business idea.  I’m also a wife and a proud mother of two!
