Any fading due to exposure of sunlight is not covered under any circumstances.

For the first year from the date of purchase, we cover all required shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including the shipment of replacement parts.

Beyond this initial year, customers are responsible for the freight and packaging costs associated with warranty claims. Please be aware that all orders carry a handling fee, and larger items may attract additional fees for secure delivery.

    Ours can adjust the height, headrest and feet and includes a removable pillow.
  • Our standard delivery service is a door-to-door shipping service only. This means that your delivery will be dropped off at the entrance of your salon or home. 
  • Drivers are unable to move your furniture into rooms, take the table up staircases or small lifts, or unpack and remove garbage. 
  • Please ensure the appropriate signer is home at the time of delivery. The package weighs about 150lbs and you will want someones help to bring it inside.

Cancellation Policy: If the order is canceled after 5 days, the deposit will be forfeited. The order will not be processed further, and no item will be shipped. This is due to the fact we would already have purchased the bed from the manufacturer by this time.
