Shipping Policy

1. Orders over $250 CAD before tax will receive free shipping within Canada.

2. Orders over $300 CAD before tax will receive free shipping to the USA. (Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska)

3. Orders over $450 CAD before tax will receive free shipping to the rest of the world.

4. Ergo Electric Beauty Bed does not qualify for free shipping. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $499 CAD for all Ergo Electric Beauty Bed orders. Ergo does not qualify for any free shipping promotions unless specified. 

Lash Line Inc processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major Canadian Holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Lash Line Inc ships via Fedex for shipping within Canada and FedEx or DHL for all international shipping.  Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
