Lash Spring Cleaning - 4 Things To Get You Organized

by Sebrena Krywulak

Spring has SPRUNG! There is no better time to get organized and get some lash spring cleaning done. We love the quote “Organization isn’t about perfection. It's about efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving your overall quality of life”

As a client, arriving at a clean, organized and welcoming studio sets the tone for your lash appointment. Today we are sharing our top 4 tips to create an inviting lash space for our own clients!

These tips will help you to get your lash supplies organized, fall in love with your lash space again, and save money this spring.

Take stock of all your lash supplies

This is probably our least favourite job, but the most important. Start your lash spring cleaning by doing inventory. Take a count of every single one of your lash supplies. This will save you money in the long run. Knowing exactly what you already have and what you need to purchase will stop you from buying double!

Invest in a lash cart for your supplies

Keep what you use regularly for each client on a lash cart by your lash bed. We love our Acrylic Organizer and Tweezer Dome for keeping our lash supplies organized, clean, and easy to grab.

Keep all your disposables, tweezers, gel pads, frequently used lash trays and tapes in one easy to grab spot. You can even close the lid on the acrylic organizer to keep your disposables free from dust and debris.

Organize your lashes + other lash supplies

Never purchase more than you need again! Consider purchasing bins and using a label maker to clearly label all of your lashes, glues, tweezers and other lash supplies. Choose a system that makes sense for you. We suggest labelling your lashes by curl and diameter. Put all your lash shampoos and aftercare together in a bin, all tapes in another bin, and removers in another.

Invest in Online Booking

Online booking is a game changer. Say goodbye to double booking your clients, and you won't have to take appointment bookings through text message or DM where they can potentially be missed (major time saver). Online booking is available 24/7 and this offers a huge convenience for your client. You can also take a deposit through your Online Booking platform, and you can view all your appointments available at your fingertips.

We hope these tips help you to get your lash life organized and your lash cart set up for your next client. Are there any other great tips we might have missed? Drop them in the comments - we always love to hear from you!

Happy lashing! Xo
