- Child or pet damage

*Warranty does not cover manual attempts to repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or artificial disasters. Staining or discoloration of chair vinyl due to normal wear and tear, caused by client clothing (dye in jeans, skirts, etc), use of hair color or bleach is not covered under warranty. Any fading due to exposure of sunlight is not covered under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
For the first year from the date of purchase, we cover all required shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including the shipment of replacement parts. Beyond this initial year, customers are responsible for the freight and packaging costs associated with warranty claims. Please be aware that all orders carry a handling fee, and larger items may attract additional fees for secure delivery.

Our standard delivery service is a door-to-door shipping service only. This means that your delivery will be dropped off at the entrance of your salon or home. Drivers are unable to move your furniture into rooms, take the table up staircases or small lifts, or unpack and remove garbage. Please ensure the appropriate signer is home at the time of delivery. The package weighs about 150lbs and you will want someones help to bring it inside.
